ELAINE JOHNSON takes a vision and makes it a reality through sound strategy development. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking and drives material business advantage. Her role as Vice Chair for the Motherless Daughters Foundation is vital in leveraging the AT&T corporation as a fundamental support for MDF. Her 28 years of corporate leadership skills is respected as a credible voice in decision making and developing strategic partnerships.
Elaine is currently a Senior Methods and Procedures Project Mgr. for AT&T Mobility. In this role, she is responsible for driving efficiency, reducing cost on M&Ps across Mobility and Wired Centers. Elaine Oversees M&P content projects for International Roaming, Call Handling, Legal and Compliance, DIRECTV/ISM. She is the liaison for establishing communication processes, rollout and launch of all International roaming products and services.
A native of Wisconsin, Elaine has spent most of her career in Atlanta, where she has been employed with AT&T for 28 years.
She and her husband, Kevin, enjoy traveling, home decorating and spending time with family. Elaine is a member of the YMCA and loves to exercise; Zumba and strength training. Her passion is making candles and devoting time to her community
